Suhail is extremely responsive and helped to install a new Pentair Salt cell. Once the pool was ready for me to turn it on, I received a comm link error and the chlorinator wasn’t working. I called Suhail and he came out the next day to quickly find that my unit didn’t support the WiFi connectivity and quickly fixed the problem. He didn’t even charge me. I really appreciate Suhail working to make this install right for us. Will call him again for the next thing that breaks.

WaveTech pools is a great pool service. My biggest concern with pool services is communication and WaveTech responds when I text or call. The owner has made several stops by my house to make sure I’m taken care of and hasn’t charges me a service fee. While I know he will when he needs to, the fact that he shows up is a key factor. Their pricing is competitive and I can’t say enough good things about them.

Our freeze protector did not work during this freeze the last several days. I noticed it was not circulating called my normal Pool Guy and he was out of the country so I started getting on the phone and calling and asking people if they could come help this company went above and beyond he said he couldn't get out on the roads, but he could work with us through FaceTime to get all of our equipment drained this company saved thousands of dollars for us. Very professional and quick to respond. Wavetechs fixed an air leak in the main pump line, replaced my damaged waterfall pump with a variable speed pump, and replaced two LED lights that stopped working. I highly recommend and will be using them again in the future.
